Welcome – 6:07 p.m.

Members in attendance: Reene Bradshaw, Shelly Hanneman, Susanna Dollar, Michelle Floyd, Andrea Rosenbusch, Lori Pool, Judy Miller, Danette Ginger, Julia Adams, and guest

Minute Approval
Dannette Ginger made a motion to approve the March 2023 minutes and Julia Adams seconded the motion. Motion passed

Treasurer Report
Received and reviewed. Will have an updated report for May 2023 meeting.

Golf Tournament:
Reene Bradshaw updated on Highland Lakes Aggie Club Golf tournament which she and Julia Adams volunteered for.

Spring Boutique
Michelle Floyd updated, all is ready. Susanna Dollar to email Membership with Sign Up Genius again due to more volunteers needed.

Scholarship/Committee Dates
Reene Bradshaw updated. Julia Adams volunteered to review applications if needed.

Graduating High School Seniors & Moms:
Reene Bradshaw updated. Susanna Dollar to create a flyer & spreadsheet, share with HS Contact Moms so they can invite their seniors and moms to 5/4/2023 Event/Meeting. Reene booked Putters & Gutters for meeting.

Ring of Honor to award the first recipient at the May meeting.

– Secretary – Chrystal Whiteside
– Treasurer – Andrea Rosenbush. Susanna Dollar made a motion to elect and Michelle Floyd seconded the motion. Motion passed
– Scholarship Committee
– Boutique, Walkway of Lights, Raffle, Fundraising

Traditions
Susanna presented information about the Century Tree and its history.

Aggie Moments
Moms shared current info regarding students, prayer requests, etc.

Spring Goody Bags
All members assembled Goody Bags.

Important dates
April 14-16 – Parent’s Weekend, Spring Boutique (volunteers needed)
April 21 – Aggie Muster
April 27 – Spring Goody Bag Distribution

6:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 4 2023 at Putters & Gutters Marble Falls
