HIGHLAND LAKES AGGIE MOM CLUB

MINUTES OF REGULAR AGGIE MOM MEETING April 8, 2021

  1. The April meeting of the Highland Lakes Aggie Mom’s Club was held at Out Back Patio Furnishings in Marble Falls and was called to order by Judy Miller at 6:06pm. She warmly welcomed all those in attendance. Present were Judy Miller, Dani Hodge, Tammy Marvin, Jennifer Lindner, Chrystal Whiteside, and Bonnie Wallace.
  2. Barbara was unable to attend so there was no Treasurer’s Report.
  3. The March minutes had been emailed to all. There were no corrections.
  4. Old Business
    1. Bonnie delivered all Goody Bags to the meeting for pickup. Bonnie

      reminded all present that she would not be doing Goody Bags in the fall. Jennifer Lindner will assume Goody Bag duty!

    2. There was a discussion about rotating the location of the monthly meeting beginning in the fall. Possible locations include Llano, Kingsland, Burnet and Marble Falls.
    3. Judy advised that Aggie Mom Boutique was now live. She asked for volunteers to help with Boutique. Raffle dates are April 7-May 26th. Dates for all other items are April 9-23rd. There followed a brief discussion about raffle tickets and sales methods. Judy handed out ticket numbers to all present. Our raffle drawing will be on Monday, May 31st.
  5. New Business

a. Officer Nomination Process: Judy explained that no one volunteered

to assume the role of Treasurer and mentioned that it was probable that we would have to close the chapter without a Treasurer. After some discussion, Judy volunteered to be Treasurer so the slate of officers for the 2021-2022 year will be Jennifer Lindner and Julia Adams as Co-Presidents, Reene Bradshaw as Vice President, Judy

Miller as Treasurer and Bonnie Wallace as Secretary. Chrystal moved that we accept the slate of officers as presented. Tammy seconded the motion. All present voted in favor and the motion carried and the above-listed ladies will be the officers for next year.

VI. Adjournment
With no additional business, Judy adjourned the meeting at 6:58pm.
